Clicking noises

When going over speed humps and or smooth bumps in roads theres a ticking / clicking noise coming from the wheels / suspension.

At first I thought it was due to shot track rod ends but now that both have been done its still there albeit a bit quieter.

Any ideas? the guys that did the track rod ends said all is well and also thought it would clear with the new rod ends fitted.

would there be any visual sign of these beign buggered whilst on the car?

lose drive shaft mine made a funny noise and it was that just pull on them and see if theres any play in them
