advice please,
last week the gearbox on my 1983 sr made the sort of noise which tells you, stop, get out and walk the fuck home in the pissin rain.
Dilema - which is the best box to go for as a replacement, coz the original one couldn,t pull skin off custard. . . I have heard the junglke drums say that the best ratio and final drive drive combination can be found on a 1.4SRi - is this true???
Over the years you see, my pride and joy has seen a few mods added( and a lot of work ) so I am anxious to get the best from my setup,
any advice would be well appreciated - I have the offer of such a 1.4sri box for ?175.00 but not for long!
