Dash light trouble

Can anyone help i am having problems with my nova and i don't know what it is on my dash an orange light keeps coming on it has what looks to me as an elec sign in the centre of it but i don't know what it means i am having no loss of power or anything like that its just annoying and can't figure out what it is can anyone help.

Any help more than appreciated

The only orange lights I know of in the dash are the choke and the engine management lights.

the engine management light does it have what looks like a lighting bolt in it only way i can describe it.

The engine management light looks like an engine. The choke symbol looks like this |/| but with a dot in the diagonal line.

Engine management. Search around and you'll find out how to read the engine management codes and what they mean.

Mum's corsa did the same for a week or 2 before the CAT completely went and the car would hardly run.

any idea what could be up with mine like i said there is no loss in power or anything just the light comes on after driving it for a while.

i had it on one of my Nova's it stayed on all the time because of a fault with the lambda sensor ran fine apart from when starting it when it was warm

Mine Starts ok and runs fine though a can't figure out what might be wrong. :confused:

best bet is to check the fault codes as it could be various things

mine also comes on when driving for a while i just ignor it
