Will it failing with the following?(say what will and what wont)

1. if its blowing then it will fail
2.if the chip is bigger than 10mm in the windscreen swep area or 40mm out side the swept area then it will fail
3.fail
4.not tested only a.b.s ,main beam ,hazards and fog tail tail needs to work
I have a c20xe manifold here, let us know if you need it.

The warning lights being lit is a failure but a tester may be reluctant to test a car with the oil pressure light on or others to that nature just incase it goes pop whilst test is being carried out.

WRONG not a fail for them to be lit but the tester can refuse to test it.
