Right i coulnt be ****d to rush my noova to get it on the road this year..

its just about to turn winter snow/ice etc etc and i dont want a repeat

perfromance ofmy mums astra.. soo its gettin a FULL rebild now.. **** it i'l find awaay to blow 2/3k on it lol...

anyway i bought this to tide me over..

its a N reg rover metro 114GSi

There not actually that bad really.. I've used one a few times.

The shocks are Air sprung i think, you can just deck it with the use of your finger nail !

Come on. He rolled an astra mrk3 a few months ago why would he want to get rid of the suspenstion on this by letting the fluid out.Please dont temp him lol.

Thats probably the worst car EVAR. DOnt think about crashing it, iirc when they crash tested it, the bootlid was imbedded in the dummies head, and the rear wheels were touching the fronts LOL

its well worth the money imo..

i could wieght it in wen its out of test and get most my money back..

do rover and vaux share the same wheel PCD? just diff ofsets?

mite put my astra SXi 16s on it for the crack :thumb:

Nope. I spoke to someone at Crowthorne crash test facility a while back on this very subject when i was up there installing some plasma's. Despite being newer than a Nova, he rekoned he'd rather be in a nova in a crash than a metro lol

Lol, oh and you think nova's have rust issues.

Seen as the nova in the garage is doing nothing ill have the gsi bumper off you.

How well do they go then these Metro gsi's?
What engine? 1400?

Personally i would of bought something big and comfy.
You can get plenty of cars for around the ?300 quid mark, r-plate laguna's etc etc.

needed a car now kinda thing.. it came up and i bought it.. tbh i dotn plan on going fast in it.. i dont plan on caining a Rover..
