GSI badges

Just curious but saw some PNG'ers saying that they found it difficult to get hold of GSi badges and the ones they'd see cost a mint.

I've got a couple and was wondering what people would be prepared to pay for top quality resin copies of these?

Would be sprayed up in correct colours and hopefully with 2 mounting pegs on the back.

Would be made out of polyester resin.

not really intersted in profit - as long as costs covered materials etc...

Who'd be interested?

The two badges I have are as follows (both have the red dot above the i) -
1. Standard GSi front grill badge (the one thats bent in the middle)
2. similar style GSi badge but flat (would make a good door/boot badge) - 5.5" x 1 1/4"
3. I think I have a GTE badge too.

I got copies of the door stickers and boot sticker off ebay.

Depends what they look like. If they were top quality I'm sure you'd get around ?15 each. I had heard on other threads that these can still be obtained from VX at ?14 each - though this was in doubt. Could these made up badges be made to be an improvement on the originals, with some kind of glossy coating?

Basically if they were made in resin you could customise them paint wise - lacquer them etc...

I could just supply the cast and you could spray it yourself to suite...

I thought ?10 - ?15 inc postage...

Need to see how much materials are to cast them though...
