i have to fit a new downpipe to my gsi so i was thinking of getting a performance manifold instead. any i know where i canget a manifold for a nova gsi (E16se engine) that will join up to a mongoose system. will i notice any power gains?

as long as u had a standard manifold + downpipe before then u can get any 4-brach manifold that is designed for a standard system!!

such as the 1 that online tuning do

will u notice any power gains???

im sure you will feel te extra 2-3bhp you gain as it will chuck you back in your seat quite violently due to the power increase

well yes u do feel a bit more power, but its at the top end, say over 4k rpm, mind you with these engines u seem to be at high revs when trying to drive fast anyway so not a bad thing!!

gains off a manifold alone are going to be tiny, and i dont believe you will be able to notice them.
if you had a 300degree cam then you might find the manifold restricting it enough to feel the difference but not on a standard motor, vauxhall manifolds in the main are pretty good.
