when at sprint i could do 11 second laps, over 30mph , to give you an idea the track is about three foot wider than a tennes court "inside edge"

where is the fun in indoor track cycling?
I always thought the idea of cycling is to go somewhere & admire the view on the way.

Seriously though, it looks a tough sport, are you any good at it?

That bike looks pretty pared back to the bare essentials, what does it weigh?

the bike don't need brakes gears or even a free wheel when racing in this style is make it unsafe. so yeah the bike weight next tonothing not that it matters there no hills .
shaun you braver than me never use rollers look a bit dogey.
i do have 2 medels for cycling in nation comps. bit fat and unfitt but next year will be my year with one job, will post some pic of my real bike for you stu once i get some.

thats cool but I have to ask - compare the similarities...

Going round and round on a brakeless bike...

Hamster in a wheel?
