Anyone know if there on holiday? Ordered parts over 2 weeks ago now and still nothing, tried sending e-mails but had no reply. Also noticed they havent been posting on forums for a while.

I know someone else who has waited over a month for his parts & I am not sure if he even has them now. He told me he has not been replying to emails aswell.
Hope its not another specialist gone bust!
He has been listing new stuff on Ebay tho so he must be there!

Lets not get knickers in a twist until all the facts are known. Chris definately isnt out there to rip people off. I imagine hes either on holiday, or just back and suffering under a mountain of backlog.

I ordered lowered tie bar brackets 6 weeks ago, they've not arrived yet. After loads of e-mails and PM's on all the forums he rang me. He's bought a house and is snowed under with that.

However he promised that day he would reply to my e-mail with a price for other bits and I said i'd paypal back straight away.

That was saturday and no reply, So i assume he's just very busy with the house. I hope he get's his act together soon, I dont mind as much as i'm in no rush to receive anything.

i was just about 2 order the chasis strengthening kit n'all.and possibly a set of engine mounts for the future


i'll maybe wait a bit n see what happens

House or not, he is running a business and this is no excuse! People expect a service, im sure he could of found the time in 6 weeks to do it? Considering i ordered a strenghening kit 4 weeks ago, and received in 5 days later.

He was on MIG answering the same quesries that have been expressed on PNG.

He's been flatout and I'd advise anyone to RING as opposed to email or PM. :thumb:

**** me the blokes been trading for a little while now is supporting PNG, the last thing he intends to do is piss people off.

TBH I think if a website doesnt show a delivery time, and you don't contact them to find out estimates before hand, then you can't really complain that you haven't been bothered to find out.

iv never had any problems buying things from him, always trys to answer any questions you have.

must be hard work running a business on your own like that, if he has been on holiday id imagine he will have a fair backlog of orders and emails etc waiting.

I ordered my coilovers a week past on Monday, they arrived Tuesday just passed. Invoice arrived today.

All communication was by phone.

Can't fault him.

Hello All,

I would firstly like to apologise for lack of communication and slow delivery on some orders over the last couple of months. I have had an immense workload which started from having a week off then buying a house and much more, not to mention work is incredibly busy, i know i have had many emails and messages on ebay/forums e.t.c. but i just havent physically had time to keep on top of everything, i now have a new employee called Kris Coombes who is incharge of sales and answering the phones who will also be replying to all emails and ebay messages. I will be doing all forum posting and replying to Pm's. The extra member of staff has made a massive difference and have we already sent out over 160 parcels this week alone which gives an idea of how busy we are, not to mention running a workshop and pushing developement on new products e.t.c.

As mentioned previously if anybody has any problems or queries dont hesitate to give us a call and speak to myself or Kris.

I have been looking for staff for the last 6 months as the business as been growing rapidly as a rate i couldnt keep up with but due to nature of the business and what i needed from an employee it took a while to find the right man which has now been achieved.

I would like to thank all our existing customers for there patience and understanding and assure all that we are rapidly coming back up to speed.
