right im going to lower my nova. should i get a complete kit including springs and shock absorbers. OR buy new front and rear shock absorbers and buy lowering springs seperatly. was thinking of buying just the spring kit seperately because i can get good monroe shock absorbers in work,
any suggestions

Tell us what you intend on using the car for? Track-show, or Show n shine etc.

I'd buy a kit from the likes of Koni/Bilstein/AVO. That way you know the springs and shocks are matched to one another.

Plus, how low do you intend to go and whats your budget?

Dont buy koni or Jamex though.

Spax and Avo's i have found to be the best.

Maybe its just preference but mine runs jamex springs and monroe shocks and they're fine for the money.

Although would agree that spax or avos are a better make, its all down to your budget and intended use I guess.

as said above , the shocks and spring needs to be matched ,

even a gmax kit would be better then std shocks and springs for performance

i picked up a set of 60mm gmax springs and shocks for ?70 so ?200 is well enough for some decent springs and shocks.

Demon theives have a pretty workshop where they can fit stuff for you. If you're intending to fit it yourself then hunt around for the lowest price.
