steering wheel off center?

my steering whell sits slightly off center, nearly all the novas ive had have but this is the first aftermarket steering wheel i have had and its really annoying can it be altered by takinh the wheel off or by tracking or is it the steering rack being bent?

You should be able to do it by adjusting the tracking.
