I Have Wired Them Up And Everything Works, But The Digi Dash Is Too Big For The Hole!!:confused: Dont Really Want To Go Hacking About Without Knowing What/Where To Cut.:(

i think youll have to take out the dash and fit them in from behind!? as the mk1 doesnt have a removable sun visor joby like the mk2!

Very difficult in a mk1, you can cut off the 4 plastic lugs.

I had that idea once, to fit an LCD clock / temp display out of a Cav in place of my lovely clock.

From what I saw the display would fit behind the dash but it would take up a bit of the ashtray space internally on the MK1. IIRC You need to cut the bottom part of the centre part of the dash so the lip doesnt foul the display.

Lets just say I thought... naaah.

If you do it though get some pics up wanna see how it looks and how you did it. Interested in seeing it done.
