re-spray

Im soon going to be needing a respray and was just woundering what other people have payed in the past and how long it took n stuff, im planning on preparing it my self like just sanding it and letting them do the priming and top coats im in east sussex so if any one could recomend a good place that would be cool cheers lads n ladies :thumb:
