Alternator Pulley

Fitted 2L valver, used it for a month or so then gearbox went so took engine and box out.

Put the whole lot back in the other day, took it for a test run today, and when i turn left the alternator pulley now rubs on the on the side of the engine bay??

It didn`t do this originally, any ideas???

A section was cut out for the alternator pulley when the conversion was originally done.

All mounts are new and fastened up tight.

This conversion has been nothing but trouble, when is all the fun going to start..

are engine mounts correct ones? last resort make cut out bigger!

The cut out is massive, you could live in it.(well not exactly true, but it is wide enough and deep enought)..

It all fitted first time round..

I`ve sorted the problem now, it was because i changed the alternator belt so pulley wheel was in a new postion..
