how many yellow novas were made does anyone know because i'v never seen one in real life apart from pics and sprayed ones never seen a standard one

My yellow one as seen at the top was at PVS 2005, also saw another yellow one there, might have been on novaload stand though, think it was an e-reg.

It dont think its true about the yellow novas being rare when they were first produced, its just a case of them being rare now as there's none left.

bmw dakar yellow or Seat Yellow is a good start - nothing too garish - go with the "ambroasia custard" tint. Anything darker is too garish.

Thats the colour I'm aiming for too - cheaper in a body shop to spray (as are most light colours) apparantly.

Compliment it with anthracite trim/alloys and black interior.

I much prefer the darker Mustard Yellow colour. There was an SR that used to live in Yeovil in that colour, tasty.

Chap near me has a well known fearless built Nova from years ago that was white with grey mk2 bumpers. He's told me he's just had it sprayed Dakar Yellow & kept the bumpers grey. It must look like that one now.
