suspension trouble,

I want to know, what the best would be to lower a car with 15" alloys or 16" alloys. -40mm, or -60mm. I dont want any rubbing even with people in the back. Im aftr G-Max suspension if that helps. reply for both size wheels, and what would the best offset be and tyre sizes.
