if i was to lower my car 90mm at the back and 60mm at the front where would i get the springs and shocks from. i think it would be smart .
any advice would be helpfull.

A decent set of shocks will be needed, something like yellow blisteins.

Coilsprings69 can make custom springs.

As said in another thread recently you could raise the rear turrets on the chassis to lower the car a bit more whilst retaining suspension travel, also doing it that way would allow you to buy a matched set of shocks which usually works out a bit cheaper than in pairs.
