on a c16se why dose it sound like its back firing popping and banging throw i think its called the maf were the k&n bolts on

i have ruled it down to i

timing
wrong size bore on exhaust
maybe fueling

any info would be great

Its not a c16se if it has a air flow meter.
Anyway, sounds like the ignition timings out and its firing with an inlet valve open
