wiper motor fully on or off mot fail ?

due to bodgeing my loom can i wire the wiper motor so it works on full power with no interment wipe when you use the stalk ,what about mot rules ?

Thats fine, so long as they work. The wipers on Alex's polo stop when you go to the faster speed setting and that passed an MOT.
