Yep..they fit as long as they're from the same body style.....3-door MKI doors won't fit on a MKII 5-door etc :p

The only difference is that the MKII doors have a lack of holes along the bottom for the MKI door card to clip into, but that's nothing to worry about since you're fitting MKI doors onto a MKII.
