hey ive just got a farad 1.6 powercap.has anyone got a pic of how it should be wired up or a diagram?? thanks

yer it was piece of piss.i read up onit and it seemed really confusing but its not i emailed the bloke i got the cap of and he showed me a diagram just earth it and connect the powerlead to the amp wire,then u use a resistor to charge the cap prior to connecting the powerlead.its really simple just some explanations are confusing lol

sorry too steat the thread but my amp is 'pickin up' off the alternator and i get a hiss from the speakers i was told to fit a suppressor but sonce then have been told that a power cap would do the same thing and look 10 times better

will a power cap loose the hissing or is there an easier way????
