well hello all im originally off allvec.co.uk where timmy got me to sign up on here,,, atm i have a 1.2 k reg merrit plus small block am going to put a 1.4 astra small block in it instead would just like to kno if i would need any parts to be able to fit it etc drive shafts...and also i would like to kno what they go like...

welcome to the site, dont put a new engine in if its 1.4 is what i always got told. either strip the 1.2 for extra speed, lol but seriously mate, wait an get a 1.6 - you'll love it.

its a 1.2 4 speed box and really really slow was gunna get a conversion kit etc for ?300 and got a spare engine round my m8s but they want ?300 for fitting it as alot off hastle but ive just been given a 1.4 engine today for helping out convert a 1.4 astra into a 2.5v6 vec engine running on cavvy v6 legs etc...so i think the 1.4 for now as at no extra cost's lol.

yeh sorry for the late reply yeh its all in now single point but a wee bit anoid a 1.3 sr 4speed box is quicker than mee

It will be. The 1.3SR is 72bhp, your 1.4 SPi is 60bhp.
