Can anyone post up a pic of a nova on the avo coilovers that Chris Astley is selling, want to see how low these can go if possible.

IIRC the majority lower by upto 80mm, firmness all depends what poundage springs you get aswell though as running them stiffened right up usually leads to broken seals.
Chris Astley sells the AVO coilovers, this newer type is much improved over the older model. Gaz are decent too.

Riggy is that is low as you could get it?
or could it go any lower, on the front inparticular
no there were loads of thread left to wind down on the front , just i found that the best set up for handleing and comfort for normal driving lol
the rear still had about 25mm to go on then aswell

Not buying them just cause of the picture.
Was just an idea of how the avo coilovers would sit
and how much adjustment they have
To be honest they go too low so i wouldnt worry about them not going low enough for you, unless you run your exhaust through the inside of your car. You will also lose the inside of your tyres in a few weeks if its down too low.
I had mine very low at first, it was just too bumpy, handled like crap (wouldnt grip to accelerate even on smooth'ish roads) and clipped every single stone on the floor.

Thanks for the advise chap.
Mainly after coilovers so when it comes to MOT
i can wind them right up so it clears the floor when in the brake tester lol
Also remember it is recommended that the coilover is service every year, most people ignore this, wind the coilover right down, never service them and pop the seals. Then complain that they're bad. I believe AVO have reliese this and have updated their design to last longer.
