I'm pretty sure Richbrook or summat like that does them, I'm sure Demon Tweeks or Merlin Motorsport or Rally Design would have something.
Martin Kelson has a flocked dash too. (see features, 2.0 16'vs)
joffs dash i flocked looks good

im in the process of flocking at the moment, its very easy if you get the frost auto kit, you need to use loads and loads of glue, it sais us lots but i mean use ****in loads. lol and make the flock come out that little tube as fast as you can to get a better finish. joff bought a electrostatic flock applicator rrp at about ?295 so not cheap but if you wana do a couple of dashes then im sure youd make your money back. hope this helps
This is mine at the minute. I had to send the dash off to get it flocked. It cost ?120 for the flocking plus carriage.

Not being funny, but apart from it having that "WRC" look to it, is there any really advantage to getting this done apart from looks, as surely it's going to be an absolute ass to keep clean, wont the dust just sit in/on it?

hover it off scott, no probs! and i mainely decided to do it becasue ive modified my dash and it was the easiest thing to cover up joints and filler. cheaper that getting it covered in some kind of fabric and looks good to.

i guess it reduces glare on the windscreen, i know the dash in my corsa is bad for it on sunny day's

If you haven't got access to the right equipment I would get a pro to do it as it can turn out really crap if you're not careful !
The best way to apply is an electrostatic flocking applicator - see my WIP thread below for details.
I did mine for two reasons (similar to above) , 1 - hide any joins as I had put in a corsa double dash and 2 - to stop any reflections from two dash binnicles which are domed
Hope this helps

Where did you get the door handles from?
Stops reflections. thats why wrc has it, but for nova owners it's useful to cover a 14-25 year old dash and make it look new!
Dunno about the dust though...???

mountney as in the guys who make the steering wheels/bosses/m3 mirrors and now distribute Gmax suspension???
wierd if it is..
The best, and most efficient way to clean them is...
Using duct tape, reverse it, and make a circular shape around the palm of your hand so the sticky is facing outward, then dab the dashboard with it ;)
Far far far better then hovering ;)

Can vouch for that - and also for cleaning the alcantara seats

I have a set just like them, got them with the full carbon panels, though the holes are bigger in the center.
