inner cv joint {help please**

just got my new drive shaft today fitted it but it keeps comming out when i turn. been told it needs a clip that goes on the spline of the inner cv to lock it in the box? is this true?? if not why is it doing it?

yes there is a clip that holds it together

thanks well do you if i can get it from any car parts shop? like ajays or partco? or does it have to be from main dealer? karl

or you havnt pushed it in hard enough , and its not locking up fully

i made shaw it was pushed as far as it would go, but i do need that clip do i?

yes any motor factors will do them
