Hey guys i stripped a gsi not long back but cant remember the fuel tank setup, ive just taken the tank off my 1.2i to replace with the gsi tank but they are slightly different.
Does anyone have any pics of the gsi fuel line setup?

You could of just used the spi tank, oh well.

Anyway, iirc theres one line to the pump from the back of the tank, there will be a breather pipe next to the filler pipe, and the return is on the engine side of the tank iirc.

I could do with seeing an underneath shot of a GTE or GSi. Just to see it all laid out clearly.

only the spi tanks have a pump in them , a sr will be a mechanical pump that runs of a lobe on the cam , the sri/gte/gsi have a external pump on the drivers chassis leg

i just bought a gsi tank and on the rear side there is what looks like the petrol supply, i guess this runs to the pump and then from pump to engine??

So does this mean i could use the 1.2 and not have any need for the fuel pressure regulator etc as it is build into the tank?
