Fuel filler non return valve

Hi

Seems a silly item, but it should cure my petrol smell!

where the fuel filler goes in to the tank (on a gsi + probably other models), there in a sort of a small plastic cage thing with a ball in it, which allows fuel in but not out.

I'm after one of those.... Ideally i'd pay with paypal and would want it posted.

it is usually rolling round in the tank after someone syphoned the fuel out.
I refitted one years back. are you sure the tank & pipes are in good nick?

Yes... Its a race car that I built - its all in good nick but when I fitted the tank I saw it and thought it was simply a anti syphoning device, so chucked it out! :tard:
Its definately the problem, when ever I race it, it leaks fuel out of the fuel cap on left handed bends! :)
