Cam Tool

When changing the camshaft with the Skyes cam remover tool, how do you take the cam out with just one of these tools. Having some trouble using this???

Remove one rocker arm at a time, until all 8 are removed.
Then the cam is free to slide out(with end plate and cam sprocket removed)
