You only need to make clearance for the alternator pulley. Get the crank pulley machined down as you don't need the outer part as you won't be fitting PAS.

On linkage you need to flip the white plastic piece where it joins to the gear selector round 180 degrees.

heard bad stories about crank pulley bolts shearing off etc so im a little worried about taking it off, plus im on a tight time schedule, thanks for your help

Think you are thinking of a different bolt, this would have no effect on the crank pulley bolt as long as the pulley is machined down right.

i mean when you take the pulley off

Yeah thats right.
There stupid ghey torx bolts, and you always end up having to drill them or something.

But you'll have to take it off to fit a single V pulley.
So may as well take it off, get the outer V machined off properly, then refit...

An engineering works would do it.

Also remember bend the clutch cable outlet, and sort the heatrix matrix outlet before the engine goes in.

You need to cut down the heater pipe on the drivers side down a bit and bend the hole were the clutch cable goes through to the passenger side and down. Hope that helps.
