tbh it will be cheaper spending ?2000 on a mint shell, as GM panels are really expensive lol

What do you think it will cost bud

iirc, wings are about ?150 each, doors about ?350 each, rear quaters ?100 each, bonnets about ?200,

then the next challange will be to find a place which can get them lol

then time fitting welding and smoothing, painted ect:

i no a place that will fit and spray no problems with that. But like you say its finding a place that supplies them cause i aint got space for the re shell plus i would prefer to have all new parts did you ever read the project where he bought all them he said where he got them from but carnt rember.

You cant even get wings etc here anymore.

i aint got space for the re shell .

Why not? If you have space to fit a full compliment of panels, you must have room for a reshell. Just take what you need from your shell, bin it, and park the new one in its place. Easy :thumb:

sel imperial panels are pretty good. had a couple of panels from them and on the whole theyre a good fit - need to do a little fettling in places but overall good quality.

Steve - username duick - is a good contact in Europe. If there's genuine GM parts to be had over there, its a good bet he'll know availability and where to get them.

it MIGHT be my build thread, not sure, check my previous posts or the 1st couple of project pages.

good condition gm panels fit well! think you'll struggle to get gm panels here!

when i was looking prices were...
245 a door
95 a wing
200 a quarter (proper full-size gutter rail to sill, inside door check to inside boot.)

so as said before, looking around ?1200 but you'll have a mint shell for years providing its already clean underneath and you must also replace the inner rear arch's or it'll rust in 6-12 months.

good luck!!!
