2ltr seh wiring

just been taking engine out for my new project a 2 ltr nova its a 2ltr 8v seh but it was in a calibra
which bits of wiring do i need and how do i wire them into nova?
ive got the engine loom removed theres a wire across back of engine bay think its red does this go onto batt?
there was a big round multi plug above the box i cut that, is this the end i wire into the nova? how?
when i took the ecu out there was three extra bits of wire sprouting off back into a loom plus a relay, i unplugged them for now, do i need them? if so how far back/where do i cut them out,?

you should have a big red wire from battery to alternator and starter motor.

then there'll be a red and black wire going to alternator which is your charge wire.
think yellow is temp, white and blue/green blue is oil sensor..... One with a blue plug is your coolant sensor....

Cant remember off the top of me head...

You need the ecu and engine loom. Should just be able to take the loom out in one piece.

Mine was a modified 1.6 loom as me step bro's an electrician and helped.

wont be a seh more likely a c20ne as seh wasnt fitted to calibras unless someones fitted it after
