View Full Version : Handbrake light coming on?

My 1.6 has 2.0 brakes and recently under heavy braking or at least firm, the handbrake light comes on, but goes out once you stop!

It doesnt do it under light braking, only when there a lot of weight over the front wheels, I though it might be a bad earth but can't figure it out.

Cheers i'll check that in the morning as havn't topped up since having the brakes done.

Anything else it could be?

The handbrake lights nothing do with brake fluid :confused:

Theres a seperate brake fluid low light, and handbrake light.
Well there is on my clocks anyway.

Well.. reddy orange! not too mention sr orange needle clocks with gte speedo!

Yeah its got all sorts of bits on it!

Cheers for that, fluid was just down to minimum so topped it up, and will take out for a test later.
