All have their plussss's and minuns's which have been discussed/argued many a time.

both types are excellent upgrades. the way they work is quite different and suits people differently

eg I prefer a plate diff, and dar prefers the ATB.
the win would be the ATD type of diff but they rock in at ?5K lol

quite abit mine is around 600 for diff but phil mentioned i need some other bits so hes on it.

?500ish is the usual going rate. but then if you need to pay someone to fit it then tis gonna cost more.
