To da Valver Crew, help!

My nova is NOT going to be ready for Belgium ...still in the damn bodyshop!

But its gonna be here real soon. So I wanna start buying the bits for my engine conversion.
Please correct me where I am wrong, cos I'm a little confused (I think...)

Driveshafts - ?225 - Just Nova's

Engine mounts - ?89- Carquip
2 solid metal mounts...these are the back mount, and the lefthandside mount that lowers the engine. I need to use my existing gearbox mount.

Do I also need new Vauxhall engine mounts???
if so, for what?? (this is what i am confused over!)
I want NO rattle or vibration, HATE competition mounts ...

can I use new Vaux RUBBER engine mounts, and
just get an adapter to lower the front (like Novatech)


I have the engine, K n'N, manifold.
Do I need anything else???

You don't need mounts from Carquip. Just use two standard vauxhall nova mounts and the lowering thing from novatech for the left hand side mount.

if you get competition mounts the car will shake like a bitch.

K&N and exhaust and a bit of jiggery pokery with the pipes for cooling system.

I've got the K n'N, Scorpion exhaust, and the manifold ...all direct from Mark Beasons 2ltr Nova, so none of that needs modifying.

Is there anything else??
Do I need to buy any pipes? or use my GSi ones? ...but don't I need to sell these with my GSi engine??

if i was u get 1 comp enging mout the one under the exhaust, i know it rattles a bit but get used to it ! OR FIX THE VIBRATIONS

its not really that bad! I have the back stripped out and no door cars are nowt, but can't hear or feel anything other than my exhaust which is tooo lowd!
