i may aswell do it then TBH, can check all the piston rings out and add ARP rod bolts at the same time i suppose

De-seaming will be a mixture of 6" grinder and a file for finishing off me thinks lol

grinder will take seconds lol just mount the Rod in my vice, and away i go lol then finish with a nice meaty file :thumb: sorted lol
