im reshelling my gte into a 1.0 shell,just want to know is there any parts/components i can keep on the 1.0 shell?e.g loom,pipes etc?my gte is running twin 40s so the inj loom is obsolete.

you will need your drivers side engine mount out the gte as the 1.0's are different.
wiring should be fine as all you will need is starter, alternator, water temp etc. you will have to add in a wire from oil presure i think. i did when i fitted my sr engine anyway. put a gte radiator and coolant pipes on etc.

will need tank and pipe,
1L only have 1 pipe not a return,
edit, made an **** of my self now, T40's dont need a return ether lol

agreed. The wire has a clear outer coating, you must follow it back thru the loom to behind the dash, and solder a new one in, or the spark will be crap
