what paint do i use and how many coats?? thanks.

I used normal cans on mine.
They have got a few stonechips on now, but they still look well.

Yeah same goes for me. I used halfords rattles!
Best idea i though, i painted mine once and only lighly sanded tehm back down, which was a bad idea as they now chip and mark very easily. Just make sure the paint is really really dry before putting them on the road. And lots of coats of Laquer!!!!
