Astra gsi phase 2 c20let

I am selling my mk3 astra gsi phase 2,with c20let engine,i have only owened this car for 1 month,the reason i am selling is that my girl keeps nipping my head as its not big enough for the kid. Since buying this car i have done the following.
Oil and filter change.
Spark plugs.
Coolant temp sensor.
Fuel pump realy.
Blue silicone vacume hoses.
Blue silicone turbo hoses.
New clutch kit last week due to slipping.
New front pads and discs.
CAR:
Astra GSI 16V phase 2.
1997 R plate.
Polar sea blue met.
MOT:MAY 18TH 2008.
TAX:NOVEMBER 2008.
ENGINE:
C20LET from 1996 calibra turbo.
Car still booked as 2.0l 16v GSI.
Engine has done 90k.
No leaks or rattles.
Silicone turbo hoses.
Silicone vacume hoses.
Full S/S Powerflow exhaust.
SUSPENSION:
Full koni adjustable.
60mm koni springs.
TRANSMISSION:
F28 6 speed box.
New clutch.
INTERIOR:
Standard phase 2 gsi immaculate condition.
Boost gauge in heater vent.
WHEELS:
17 inch wolfrace deep dish with dimond cut rim and black insert
4 very good 205/40/17 tyres
BAD POINTS:
Speedo not working due to wrong clocks in car.
Spoiler has small part flaking.
