i have a crank pully bolt off a corsa 1.,2 8v if thats any help duno if they are the same or not.

Lol, just get a new bolt from vaux. They should be replaced everytime there removed anyway.
For the hose, go scrappy and get a hose off a vaux, and join that to your original pipe with a bit of copper pipe.
