XE Rebuild

The time has come to start re-building my XE. The problem i have now is that i cant find the torque settings i need for the bolts. the engine is from a cav gsi so i baught a cav haynes manual but it dosnt seem to have them in. can anyone help?? please.?

big end cap 35nm 45' 15'
main bearing 50nm 45' 15'
sump 15nm
exhaust manifold 22nm
inlet manifold 22nm

camshaft caps 20nm (m8) 10nm (m6)
