the later type brakes are different an you wont be able to fit them to a nova without major work. The ones you want are cav / calibra turbo ones
No you dont have to change servo.
What brakes are they?
The easiest and cheapest way to get bigger brakes is swop them for 256mm Cav SRI/GSI, Astra GTE/GSI - its a straight swop..

SRI turbo stuff is 308mm, but IIRC the calipers are a different fitment to regualr Astra/Cav/Nova hubs.
Late Vectra GSi are the ones to use... 308mm. Different caliper carriers.

they didnt make a k reg astra turbo, however if it is a mk3 then the brakes will fit.

sorry yeh mk3,perfect advice thanx!!
the servo itself doesn't need swapping, but the astra/cav master cylinder is a bigger bore & it is a straight swap. it will stop better, but you may have to swap the hexagonal valves over.
