whats the difference between the gsi ones and normall ones i hear people saying there changing them all the time whats the difference?? :thumb:

gsis are pointy shaped.. where the standard ones are curved at the back the gsi ones are straiogght

ive got a set on my 1.0 L and when i got the car it was standard

The glass rubber seals are different too because gte/gsi's have the metal strips around the window.

iirc its only the front seals which are different the rears are the same and the frame sits in could be wrong - ive got a set in my garage but cant be ****d to get out of bed lol

rednova is correct - the front 1/4's are different due to metal surround running underneath it.

Buggers to fit too! Well mine were!

got any tips for fitting i spreyed mine up and am gonn a try fitting tomorrow if weather permits?

take your time and dont force them - try to do it bit by bit and if you need to lift off again do it as close to the attatched part as poss - they bend easily

me and my mate went down JNC and fitted them with Paul offering suggestions, exept bent one of the corners a little they're so weak.

takes 2 really, push the window out from inside, then put th window into the surround with washing line (thats what i used) thread it between the rubber on the back quarter where the window frame would go(if it was in), fit the window, then pull the washing line out from the inside slowly. may take a bit of work to get all the way round perfect by usin something thin like a screwdriver. but be patient and light fingered they bend easlily... very easily.

and for the front ones , take all your window out , then fit frame then re fit windows

and i still need some mint front ones anyone lol
