big brakes or big carb

what do i get next?
16v brakes or 32/34 webber
i can only afford to do one
how much of a difference will the webber make to my 1.4 sr.
the only engine modz are a full system + manifold.
i will be wanting a cam in the future so would i be best leaving the webber till then

If you wanna do more engine mods in the future then get brakes now. You wanna make it go faster, then make sure it will stop!!!
