at the moment ive got a k reg gsi with about 117,000 on the clock i want more power.i would like a turbo conversion but dont want to pay courtney 3 grand. thought of putting in a calibra turbo engine myself but think it will be to powerful to much wheel spinning. couls go for a 1.6 16v but not really worth the moneyfor an extra few bhp as standard what every1 think? would like a 2litre 16v but concerned about the handling?

u could always go for the cheapest option here and rebuild your existing engine, freshening everthing up, add a better cam, head etc etc etc less likely to affect insurance maybe the best option for you
