Bogg Bros are bike carb specialists so can set them up I think.
You'll need a new ignition system, like the dizzy setup off a 1.2/1.3/1.4 carbed model.

any idea where they are mate and is it only the dizzy i need what about calbes and that ?
Make up a throttle cable yourself.
Just buy a decent quality bike brake cable and use that.
You need dizzy, coil, module, loom from a ohc carb engine'd nova.
make the manifold yourself (dont pay the rip off bogg bros prices)
Theres a chap on mig who's got some R1 manifolds made up, tom reid I think.

has anyone got the other parts for sale if so let me know how much u want for them
and also been speaking to Ace Vauxhall today and had a bit of info off them about it all
R1 carbs are way to big for a 1600, there 41mm+ diameter when fully open. Use R6 carbs, there 36mm when fully open.
Early R6 ran 36mm carbs, some later models ran 41mm and then some really new modles ran 41mm throttle bodies.
make the manifold yourself (dont pay the rip off bogg bros prices)
You can do, BUT they have to be at a precise angle if your using the carbs. Now, what that angle is, is a mystery to me lol Martin Bowyer will also make bike carb inlets :thumb: well he did for us.
