thought i would post a few pics of my nova up.. i was at a autocross/test yesterday but only got a few runs as it was too wet so it was cancelled. car goes well, first time it had been out since re-build. its got a 1400 block, 1300 sr head, weber 40 dcoe's, new plugs, leads and gaskets etc, powerflow stainless back box with powerflow straight through middle section, 4 branch manifold. big thanks to garyc for sending me a camshaft too!

this is used for trackdays/autocross and normally autotests. has plenty power and goes well for what i need it to. think i have built a good wee car for being 14.

its responsive yep.. took a few hours tweeking them and balancing, also fitted new accelerator jet pumps which sorted the missfiring when going to rev it..

going to get a meaty cam i think soon. i will get a video of me out driving it tomorrow. i think it sounds better when going.lol

could someone please do a photoshop of my nova lowered. i would like the 5th pic from the top done just to see what she would look like.

planning on putting a roll cage, another clear light, door squares, some more stickers and a kent/piper fast road/mild rally cam in it.

Im guessing it's just as he wants to have then plates for the Vaux shadoing on them, and the cars not tax or used on road mate..

yep plates are different as they are cooler and have vauxhall logos in the background.

ash, its not the nova you had the skirts off.

done an autotest today, finished 4th overall. on my first run i went a little too much tail end happy and took down 3 cones.. :lol:, so i was trying to be as tidy and quick as possible the rest of the day and managed to set 2 fastest times and 2nd quickest on one of the runs. nova still needs the carbs set up 100% though, has a wee flat spot low down the revs.

the jap spec autotest mr2 was out aswell.. looked like a bit of fun if nothing else. one of the drivers (dont know which one) was lucky not to have a nova up its **** on one of the runs as it was sitting on the start line when it shouldnt of been! :lol:
