ive got a jet black nova and was wondering what would look better its a mk1 with abyss bumpers and i want some different ones was thinking a set of gsi of gte bumpers. what colour should they be body colour or grey?? even nice aftermarket bumpers would do pics if possible,

if its a black car then colour coded gte bumpers would be v nice - return it to the standard look - old mk1's are very retro nowadays!

And if youve got the GTE vynal on the boot even better - or better still see this months TV mag for a 1.8 Nova with really nice vynal across the rear boot below the window - stunning!

well if you was going for the gsi bumper you would need to change the wings headlights and grill. But if i was you i"d go for the gte bumper cos theres not that many about these days. Many mk1"s have allready had the face lift while some are being put back origional

Definitly have colour coded bumpers on a black car, grey bumpers just don't look right.

I agree with Ade. Return it back to standard. Even though I prefer the Mk2, a clean jet black Mk1 can look good. A lad called bruce who used to come on here and a very nice standard looking black Mk1 with white wheels.

Spary the whole bottom of the car grey just up to where the bumpers go that could look good

you see how the bottom of the bumpers and side skirts are grey should i keep them grey or black when its on my car
