I think Nick Williams had/has cossie recaros in his nova.

You'll be able to get them to fit with some fabrication, I doubt the rear bench will fit though.

Its been done plenty of times. I thinks a little bit of work. The rears are best just to try & exchange to covers over.

you can buy nova subframes from recaro they bolt in between the seats ant the nova frames

if the under side of the seat is the same as the opel manta and astra mk1 gte seats then you can use manta gte subframes thats what i used in mine! and i used opel seats. ford seats, thats blasphamy!

mine arent gm recaros there the mk1 astra ones recaro put those together and there not flaky
