Changing the bits over is easy peasy, the hardest bit will be getting your current doors off lol

Agree, though switching the glass is a ball ache. Wrestled it out & then nearly cried putting it back in.

Doors are a total nightmare to take off, even with the proper door pin tool, theres just not enough room to get at it properly. Your better off just grinding them of if your not keeping them anyway - on the rusty door side obviously, don't go grinding the pillar of the car!

Beat the pins out with a section of Nova bonnet stay.

I've had no success with removing doors properly. On the current car I tried removing the drivers door, totally destroyed one set of door pin removing kit, then with another one got the spindle bit totally stuck in the hinge - and I can't get at it with my angle griner, or cut through it with the giant metal scissors I've got, so its just going to stay there! Ended up just cutting the rust out of the door and fixing it instead of replacing it.

^^^ yep thats what happened with mine, grind the beggers off, then you have more room to play with getting the pins out

Supporting the other end of the door also helps, along with some proper penetrating oil.
