4 branch manifold help

Just wondering if anyone knows if a 4 branch manifold gives you any more bhp. If so how much. Thanks

On its own, not much. Probably a few bhp.

With engine mods 5-8hp.

my 1.2 carb nova has a 4-1 janspeed item and its got rollin roaded at 59bhp, so as LLTN says not much on a standerd engine..
